Tanager Place hired Barb Flagel, Syndrea Porter, Katie Roemerman, Kristen Goldner, Kathryn Stack, Avary Brinker and Elizabeth Tursi as clinic therapists.

Matthew Ferroni joined Mercy Cedar Rapids as a doctor at the Mercy Urology Clinic.

Acme Tools hired Scott Foyt as chief financial officer. Foyt will be based in Cedar Rapids.

Promotions

Hills Bank and Trust Co. promoted Adrian Prior to assistant branch manager and officer at its Marion office.

In North Liberty, Hills Bank & Trust promoted Chuck Hippee to senior vice president of the retirement plan office and Aaron Schaefer to senior vice president and investment officer lead.

Skywalk Group promoted Janet Van Hoeck to recruiting development manager.

Kudos

The Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors’ National Association presented its annual Contractor of the Year award to Randy Novak, president of Novak Heating and Air in Cedar Rapids.
