New Hires

Bryan Beutel joined Hills Bank and Trust Co. as first vice president, commercial banking, in the Coralville office.

ACT named Mehul Doshi as its chief product and technology officer.

Skywalk Group hired Natalie McCoy as a sourcing specialist.

Audrey Lester joined Skogman Realty as a Realtor.

Promotions

Conlon Construction Co., headquartered in Dubuque and with offices in Coralville, named Matt Mulligan as president and chief operating officer. Mulligan joined the company in February 2020.

Board members

Theatre Cedar Rapids named as officers of its board of directors for the 2021-22 season James Klein, Cedar Rapids Bank and Trust, as president; Tyler Olson, Paulson Electric and SiteGen Solar, vice president; LeAnn Erenberger, US Bancorp Investments, secretary; and Travis Fell, RSM, treasurer. Also named to the board were Jessica Link, Cedar Rapids Public Library; Leighton Smith, Bergan KDV; and Cathy Terukina, Folience Inc.

Veridian Credit Union’s board of directors appointed Cindy Sprole to fill a seat vacated by the retirement of Paul Gengler through April 2022.

The Linn County Decategorization board named Hailee Sandberg, Iowa State University Extension and Outreach, as a governance board member.

The Linn County Early Childhood Iowa Board named as officers Andrea Rogers, Accel Group, as chairwoman; Drew Westberg, Coe College, chairman-elect; Pastor Patrick Munyakazi, Walker United Methodist Church, secretary; and Tricia Kitzmann, Linn County Public Health, board member at large. Ana Clymer, Iowa State University, was named governance board member.

Kudos

Philip Wasta, board chairman for AbbeHealth Aging Services, was awarded the Board Member of the Year Award by LeadingAge Iowa.

Vermeer won a Top Workplaces 2021 honor by the Iowa Top Workplaces. The list is based solely on employee feedback.

Expansion

Athletico Physical Therapy has opened a new location at 2791 Seventh Ave., Suite 200, Marion. This is the business’ third location in the metro area.
