The Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit at Mercy Cedar Rapids was awarded the Uniform Data System for Medical Rehabilitation Top Performer Award in recognition of its outstanding rehabilitation program performance.
Stacey Halyard, senior vice president, financial adviser with Morgan Stanley’s Cedar Rapids wealth management office, was named to Forbes Magazine’s list of Top Women Wealth Advisors Best-in-State for 2022.
Main Street Iowa hosted the annual Main Street Iowa Development Awards April 22. Uptown Marion received the Main Street Business Support Award for the Streetscape Business Support Initiative. Local building and business owners Jeanne and Paul Matthews were honored with the Marion Leadership Award presented by Gov. Kim Reynolds and Debi Durham, executive director of the Iowa Economic Development Authority and Iowa Finance Authority.
