Jonny Bishop is now assistant manager at Hames' Summit View manufactured home community.
Chad Sarsfield, Marc Banks and Austin Banks have joined Ameriprise Financial Services Inc. as financial advisers with SB Capital Management, a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services Inc. in Cedar Rapids.

Promotions
Julie Stow was promoted to associate executive director of the Cedar Rapids Tourism Office.
Board members
Dupaco Community Credit Union’ elected Steve Chapman, Ron Meyers and Renee Poppe to serve three-year terms on its board of directors. Ellen Goodmann Miller was elected to serve the unexpired term of the late Ron Mussehl. Officer appointments included Ron Meyers as chairman; Randy Skemp, vice chairman; Renee Poppe, secretary; Andy Schroeder, treasurer; and Joe Hearn, president and CEO. Appointed to committee chair positions were Steve Chapman, chairman, investment/ALM/ALCO committee; Denise Dolan, chairwoman, personnel committee; Jeff Gonner, chairman, audit committee; Ellen Goodmann Miller, chairwoman, credit-delinquent loan committee; Renee Poppe, chairwoman, nomination committee Andy Schroeder, chairman, CUSO board of managers and salary savings plan oversight committee; Randy Skemp, chairman, business lending committee and Dupaco R.W. MEETINGS AND NETWORKING

West Side Mutual Insurance Association will hold its annual meeting for policyholders at 10 a.m., Tuesday, at 120 Vinton St., Palo.
Nominations will be accepted through April 1 for the upcoming class of Leadership Iowa, the state’s issues-awareness program provided by the Iowa Association of Business and Industry Foundation. The class will run October through June 2023. Leaders must first be nominated to be invited to apply to the program. Self-nominations are accepted. Nominations can be made at LeadershipIowa.com.
