Rogan Stoops joined Mount Mercy University as assistant director of Business and Leadership Graduate Programs.

SouthGate's Navigate Homes and Development Team named Dave Oyler as president.

Promotions

The Acterra Group promoted Caleb McKenna to sales manager, based in the Marion offices.

Caleb Wilson was promoted to president of SouthGate Investment Properties and will oversee commercial and residential investment and property management real estate for SouthGate Commercial Services and SouthGate Property Management.

Board members

NAMI Linn County added Courtney Janssen to its board of directors.

Brad Brady, a lawyer with Brady, Preston Gronlund, was elected vice president of the Academy of Trial Lawyers at the organization's annual meeting.
