New Hires
Delaney Novy joined Skywalk Group in Cedar Rapids as sourcing specialist.
UScellular named Joshua Olbricht as its director of sales for Eastern Iowa. Olbricht previously served as the company’s strategic initiatives and operations manager for the Iowa and Nebraska region.
Bailey Cichon will start this month with The Gazette as social video producer. Erin Murphy has been hired as Des Moines bureau chief.
Workshop
The Restoration Project, which launched its first quarterly Courageous Leadership Workshop this past week, brought more than 120 Corridor leaders from 64 organizations together to develop leadership practices. The topic of the next workshop, to be held Feb. 14 at Indian Creek Nature Center, 5300 Otis Rd. SE, Cedar Rapids, will be "Regroup and refocus to live, lead and work with more intention.” For more information, go to the-restorationproject.com/events.
