Boileau Construction was the overall winner of the 54th Greater Iowa City Area HBA Parade of Homes People’s Choice Award. The winning house at 4336 Oakridge Trail NE, Iowa City, was part of the 24th Iowa City Area HBA Remodelers Parade.
