Septagon Construction was recognized as eighth in the nation for square footage and tonnage of metal roofing purchased for metal roof projects in the Nation for 2010 in “Metal Construction News.”
Horsfield Construction Inc. in Epworth was selected for a national award by the U.S. Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration. The project involved a concrete overlay on County Road E-32 in Jones and Linn counties.
An independent national credit union research firm recognized Dupaco Community Credit Union as one of the top 10 performing credit unions in the United States with more than $500 million in assets, based on the credit union's 2010 performance. Dupaco is based in Dubuque and has branches throughout Eastern Iowa.
