April 17 Event to Connect College Students to Local Careers

A local consortium comprised of regional college and university career centers, along with the Iowa City Area Development Group and the Cedar Rapids Metro Economic Alliance, invite local employers to network with soon-to-be college graduates from the Creative Corridor's two- and four-year colleges and universities.

The “Connecting in the Corridor Student & Employer Networking Reception” will be held on Wednesday, April 17 from 3:30 to 5:00 pm in the Atrium of the Kirkwood Center in Cedar Rapids.

The event provides employers and students an opportunity to network in an after work/business mixer environment.  There will be no company booths or promotional material.
