“Bridgehaven provides comprehensive and holistic services for pregnant and parenting families. Alliant Energy is pleased to support their efforts,” said Scott Drzycimski, Senior Manager, Corporate Communications at Alliant Energy. The Alliant Energy Foundation awarded Bridgehaven Pregnancy Support Center $3,000 for cribs and car seats for program participants that attend at least 70 percent of their prenatal classes.
“Alliant's support enables Bridgehaven to make a significant investment in the lives of parents who are just starting out,” said Executive Director Sandy Pumphrey. “Completing the prenatal class is a significant milestone for many and a solid foundation on which to build. It's one of many ways Bridgehaven helps parents at every stage of their child's development.”
Bridgehaven Pregnancy Support Center has empowering women, men and families to make healthy choices regarding relationships, pregnancy and parenting for 30 years. Bridgehaven's services include pregnancy testing, ultrasound and advocacy; life skills classes and material support; abstinence-centered community education; and post-abortion support classes.
