1 Million Cups to Feature Bogobrush on August 7

1 Million Cups (1MC) is in Iowa City Wednesday August 7, starting at 9 a.m. and will feature startup Bogobrush.

Bogobrush (short for Buy One Give One) is a socially and environmentally minded maker of biodegradable toothbrushes. The brushes are made of bamboo wood and will naturally degrade when disposed.  Bogobrush aims to also connect with organizations and communities around the country and sends out a free toothbrush to someone in need with every bogobrush purchase.

The Wednesday, August 7, the schedule will include Open Coffee in the morning from 8 – 9 a.m. and 1MC from 9 – 10 a.m.  Open Coffee is an entrepreneurial networking event for the business community, entrepreneurs and creatives to discuss tech news, company accomplishments and upcoming events.

Both events are free and open to the public.
