'Pearls' and 'Fuzzy' get some love

Our staff designers have preserved space for news and photos by cutting the amount of blank space you see now at the edges and elsewhere on a page. A mock-up of last Thursday's paper that they showed me had the news and photos you saw at home in your paper, even though it was on the narrower page.But some tweaking will be needed, mainly in editing, to make sure you get all that you are accustomed to reading. We are working on that.
In the meantime, help yourself to "Pearls Before Swine" and "Get Fuzzy".
