Big Ten Media Days: Illinois' Ron Zook

Illinois returns 12 starters.
Zook: "We have a new quarterback I think everyone will enjoy watching."
Assistant coaching changes are "smooth."
On if he feels more pressure going into this season: "No I don't."
Said he's skiied, bought appliances this summer. More relaxed. Excited about new QB Nathan Scheelhaase.
"Our coaching has really done ... a magnificent job."
"Our guys feel like they have something to prove."
Wanted team to improve individually during the summer. Players had own workouts this summer. Players left projectors on from late viewing.
On expansion: "Obviously with the Big Ten Network expansion was inevitable." Championship game also is "inevitable."
On playing Northwestern at Wrigley: "It's something that both universities are going to grow from and expound from."
On health of LB Martez Wilson: "He was no question the leader (last year). For him to get hurt in the first game was obviously a big, big blow." Final check-up last week and got a "100 percent bill of health."
