Eastlick tied a Rivalry Saturday record with six 3-pointers, and Class 2A top-ranked Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont topped No. 3 Cascade, 57-45, Saturday night at Johnson Hall.
Shafer led all scorers with 28 points, and the Rockets improved to 3-0. Eastlick added 19.
Cascade (0-2) cut a 14-point deficit to five on three occasions in the fourth quarter, but got no closer. EBF pulled away for good with the final seven points of the game.
Harper Sconsa led Cascade with 13 points. Molly Roling added 11.
