ISU to host event for NCAA selection show

AMES - Iowa State is inviting its fans to watch the NCAA tournament selection show at Hilton Coliseum on Sunday.

The 25th-ranked Cyclones are expected to earn its first bid since 2005 despite a loss to Texas in the Big 12 tournament on Thursday.

Coach Fred Hoiberg and his players will be on hand for the event, which is free of charge.

The doors to Hilton Coliseum will open at 4 p.m., an hour before the start of the selection show.
