Fifteen area players to watch for the 2024-25 girls’ basketball season.

SAMANTHA BECKER, 5-8, jr., Cedar Rapids Washington — Averaged 16.3 points, 6.6 rebounds and 3.9 steals last season. Class 5A second-team all-state.

MOLLY BOGE, 5-8, sr., North Linn — Averaged 12.7 points, 3.8 assists and 3.6 steals per game last season. Class 1A second-team all-state.

LIBBY FANDEL, 6-0, sr., Cedar Rapids Xavier — Averaged 24.4 points, 9.2 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 4.0 steals per game last season. Class 4A first-team all-state. Signed with Kansas University.

GRACE FINCHAM, 5-11, jr., Iowa City West — Averaged 15.1 points and 6.4 rebounds per game last season. Class 5A third-team all-state.

SYDNEY HUBER, 6-0, sr., Mount Vernon — Averaged 12.3 points, 6.2 rebounds and 2.6 assists per game last season. Class 3A second-team all-state. Signed with the University of Evansville.

ROWAN JACOBI, 6-2, jr., Springville — Averaged 23.1 points. 11.6 rebounds and 3.1 steals per game last season. Class 1A first-team all-state. Committed to the University of South Dakota.

BROOKE KROGMANN, 6-0, sr., West Delaware — Averaged 18.7 points, 10.2 rebounds and 5.0 blocks per game last season. Class 3A second-team all-state. Will play volleyball at Upper Iowa University.

AUBREY KROYMANN, 6-0, jr., Maquoketa — Averaged 13.3 points and 6.7 rebounds per game last season. Class 4A third-team all-state.

JAYDEN KUPER, 5-11, sr., Monticello — Averaged 18.3 points, 11.2 rebounds and 4.7 steals per game last season. Class 3A first-team all-state. Will play at the University of Missouri-St. Louis.

EMILY LARSEN, 5-11, jr., Cedar Rapids Prairie — Averaged 11.8 points and 3.5 rebounds per game last season. Class 5A third-team all-state.

AVERIE LOWER, 5-11, jr., Clear Creek Amana — Averaged 17.7 points, 5.0 rebounds and 2.5 steals per game last season. Class 4A first-team all-state.

CHLOE MEESTER, 6-2, sr., Mount Vernon — Averaged 12.9 points, 8.1 rebounds and 3.1 blocks per game last year. Class 3A first-team all-state. Signed to play volleyball at the University of Louisville.

MORGAN MILLER, 5-6, sr., Iowa City Regina — Averaged 19.5 points, 4.9 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 3.9 steals per game last season. Class 2A first-team all-state.

MOLLY ROLING, 5-8, sr., Cascade — Averaged 13.1 points, 6.1 rebounds and 4.0 assists per game last season. Class 2A second-team all-state.

CORA WIDEL, 6-1, jr., Maquoketa — Averaged 16.6 points and 5.6 rebounds per game last season. Class 4A second-team all-state.
