CEDAR RAPIDS - The Cedar Rapids Kernels and parent Minnesota Twins announced Friday that left-handed starting pitcher Randy Rosario has been placed on the seven-day disabled list with a left flexor mass strain.
Rosario is 0-1 with a 5.40 earned run average in three starts. Has has allowed 15 hits and eight walks in 11.2 innings, striking out four.
No corresponding player move was announced, meaning the Kernels' active roster is at 24, one shy of maximum. Cedar Rapids began a three-game series at Clinton on Friday night.
