'Happy Days” are here again, when actor Henry Winkler returns to the O'Reilly Auto Parts Rod & Custom Car Show in Monticello. Winkler, who also starred in 'Royal Pains,” 'Parks and Recreation” and the current NBC comedy 'Better Late Than Never,” will sign autographs and pose for photos. It's all part of a weekend of revved-up family fun.
