Christine Havens of Waterloo will probably never look at Arkansas the same way.
Havens, a parish administrator from Waterloo, missed the final “Jeopardy!” question Tuesday, placing third on the popular television game show.
She was in second place going into the final round, but lost on this question: Name the only one-word U.S. state that contains the entire name, in order, of another state. She guessed Virginia, while the other two contestants came up with Arkansas.
Third place winners take home $1,000.
Jason Zollinger of South Dayton, N.Y., upped his six-day winnings to $148,404 with his correct response.
