Warrior Volleyball Invitational results with photo gallery

For the first time in the event's 18-year history, the Warrior Invitational is the Warriors' invitational.

Cedar Rapids Washington captured its own tournament Saturday, defeating defending Class 3A state chanpion Marion in the finals, 25-22, 25-12.

Pool champions were Cedar Rapids Xavier, Washington, Linn-Mar and Marion. Johnston, which had won three of the last four titles here, is in consolation play today.
