Trial set for Cedar Rapids man in Fayette County sexual abuse case

Trial is now set for Trenton D. Boleyn, 29, of Cedar Rapids, charged with second-degree sexual abuse in Fayette County.

Following a written plea of not guilty this week, Boleyn's jury trial was scheduled for Sept. 15.

Boleyn was arrested June 19 in Cabarrus County, N.C., on two warrants out of Fayette County.

He is being held in the Fayette County Jail on $50,000 bond.
