Police say Marion man posted explict photo of minor to Twitter

A Marion man is accused of posting a explicit photo of an underage girl to social media.
According to the Linn County Attorney's Office, 19-year-old Ashton J. A. Allen convinced a 15-year-old girl to photograph herself in a "simulated sex act" and send the photo to him. Police learned about the photo when Allen posted the photo to his Twitter account, according to the criminal complaint.
Allen has been charged with sexual exploitation of a minor.
