Pop princesses, comedy kings, Casting Crowns and rock and country royalty will reign over the Iowa State Fair Grandstand Aug. 8 to 18 in Des Moines.
Contemporary Christian artists Casting Crowns and Jeremy Camp capture the spotlight Thursday night, then hand the torch to the retro rockers of the Happy Together Tour on Frida.
Three former stars of “Saturday Night Live” will serve as the court jesters. Performing Saturday night live, Dana Carvey, Dennis Miller and Kevin Nealon will turn the racetrack into a laughtrack.
