Muddy Monster Cross Country run

CEDAR RAPIDS - The Muddy Monster Cross Country run will be held Saturday, Oct. 24 at Seminole Valley Park.
The event features a 15K, 5K and youth mile and “Lil Monster” fun runs. Courses go through Seminole Valley and historic Ushers Ferry. Registration before race day ranges from $10-$15 for youth races and $25-$30 for the 5K and 15K runs with an additional $5 for race-day registration.
The youth events begin at 9:30 followed by the 15K and 5K at about 10 a.m. For more information, visit http://muddymonster.com/
