Marion pays fine for December driving arrest

University of Iowa three-time All-American and two-time finalist Montell Marion apparently pled guilty Monday to charges of driving while barred, stemming from a December arrest in Iowa City. Marion had received a sixth speeding ticket in a two-year time period last July, leading to a suspended license. Notification was sent to an old address and Marion did not receive the notice, which is not taken into consideration by officials.
