Jeannette I. Druger, 92, of Davenport, passed away Saturday, April 10, 2021, at Ridgecrest Village, Davenport. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 14, at Runge Mortuary & Crematory. Visitation will be one hour
prior to the service with burial to follow at Davenport Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to the Bettendorf Community Food Pantry or UnityPoint Hospice of the Quad Cities. Online condolences may be shared

Jeannette was born Nov. 23, 1928, in Volin, S.D., to William and Olga (Bruget) Peterson. She was united in marriage to CJ "Bud" Druger on June 26, 1949, in Sioux Falls, S.D. He preceded her in death on May 7, 2013.
Jeannette worked as a retail clerk and bookkeeper for 35 years with Nation Tea and the former Randall Foods, from where she retired in 1990. Jeannette was a charter member of Redeemer Lutheran Church, Bettendorf, and had been very active in all aspects of the church. She enjoyed volunteering for the Bettendorf Community Food Pantry and Meals on Wheels. She was an avid card player as a member of the Bettendorf Senior Citizen Card Club. Jeannette was known for her love of sweets and deserts, especially her Christmas cookies.
Survivors include three daughters, Christine (Dennis) Patterson, Davenport, Pamela Druger and Paul Lewellan, Davenport, and Rebecca (John) Keppy, Eldridge; six grandchildren, Sarah (Greg) Van Bladel, John (Michelle) Lewellan, Lucas (Erin) Keppy, Jason (Tiffany) Keppy, Wesley Keppy and Melissa Ann Schmidt; seven great-grandchildren; brother, Dean Peterson; and sister, Etta Linssen.
Jeannette was preceded in death by her husband, parents, two sisters and three brothers.
