Is Manny really a 'roider?

L.A. Dodgers outfielder Manny Ramirez has been suspended by MLB for 50 games for testing positive for a performance-enhancing substance. He says he went to the doctor for a personal issue and was given a drug that he told was OK.
ESPN's Pete Gammons seems to have Man-Ram's back on this. Go figure.
