Headhunters third in Division III national tourney

The Cedar Rapids Headhunters rugby team returned home from Glendale, Colo., with a little something to brag about. The Headhunters concluded competition in the USA Rugby Men's Club Division III Final Four on Sunday, beating Virginia Rugby Football Club, 37-7, in the consolation match.
In the semifinal, CedarRapids dropped a tough 26-24 loss to the St. Louis Royals. California's Old Mission Beach Athletic Club (OMBAC) Rugby beat the Royals in the championship match, 28-14.
It's officially the Headhunters best overall finish. A previous trip to the Final Four, the Headhunters lost their semifinal match but a consolation match was not contested.
