Eastern Iowa Brass Band presents summer showcase Aug. 5

The Eastern Iowa Brass Band will be wrapping up its summer performance schedule in Coralville with a showcase of its best summer tunes. The band has performed several concerts this spring and summer all over Iowa and will be picking favorites from each to showcase. Program highlights include Philip Sparke's “Harlequin”, featuring euphonium soloist and Young Artist Competition winner Ben Reid; John Williams' “Olympic Fanfare and Theme;" and “The Dark Side of the Moon,” by Paul Lovatt-Cooper. The show is sure to have something for everyone.
