Branstad defends relocation pay for Revenue director

Iowa Gov. Terry Branstad told reporters in an
Aug. 6 news conference that nearly $8,000 in relocation expenses for Courtney Kay-Decker, director of the Iowa Department of Revenue, is warranted, despite her only living in Des Moines part time. The questions come about 15 minutes into the briefing.
