John and Betty Wolfe celebrated their
65th anniversary with their family at the Kernoustie Golf Club on Friday, Aug. 22. They were married at St. John the Baptist Church in Lisbon on August 23, 1949.
Their family includes Steven, deceased in '71, Barbara, Tom, Joe (Kelli), Pat, Andy (Anissa), Mary (Doug) Morningstar and
Susie (Chris) See. They have 15 grand-children. They still reside in the big brick house on the hill, 323 3rd St. NE, Mt.
Vernon, where they have lived for 57 years.
