Vogl 60th Anniversary

William and Teresa (Shea) Vogl were married on August 25, 1951 at St. Patrick's Church in Cedar Rapids.

The ceremony was the first wedding performed by Reverend Robert R. Vogl.

Bill and Teresa have 10 children, 26 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.

Their children and spouses are: Margie and Bob Pence, Cedar Rapids; Larry and Vicky Vogl, Cedar Rapids; Kathy and Jim Reicherts, Springfield, MO; Susie and Nick Nicholson, Louisville, KY; Judy and Gary Hutchins, Pleasant Prairie, WI; Mary and Ron Hanson, Glenwood, IA; Sally Ryan, Schaumburg, IL; Jim and Kate Vogl, Plymouth, MN; Annie and Joe Jeffries, Des Moines, IA; Lisa and Scott Griffin, Cedar Rapids.

Their grandchildren are: Leslie (Mark) DeGroote, Brian (Amanda) Pence, Bonnie (Trent) Benesh, Charlie (Stephanie), Billy, Dee Dee, Becca, and Jamie Vogl, Emily and Colin Denniston, Michael (Ashton) and Dan Petersmith, Rush Nicholson, Liz (Joe) Fishel, Christy, Tim, and Stacy Hutchins, Randi, Molly, and Kyle Hanson, Ashley and Brandon Ryan, Jen and Julia Vogl, Kaitlyn and Rachel Griffin.

Their great-grandchildren are: Sophie DeGroote, McKenzie and Riley Pence, Levi and Liam Benesh, and Jack Fishel.

The family is gathering to celebrate the weekend of August 13, 2011.
