Nowachek

The family of Robert and Algean Nowachek is requesting a card shower in honor of the couples 65th wedding anniversary. They were married in Maquoketa, IA on November 25, 1944. After the ceremony, the couple enjoyed a reception at the Nowachek farm with family and friends. Later that day, they traveled to Cedar Rapids for wedding photos and out to dinner. From there, the couple ended the evening at Baldwin Danceland, dancing the night away to the music of the Louie Buresh Orchestra.

Bob and Algean raised their family and built their lives on the now five-generation farm north of OJ, in an exemplary manner, which they have shared over the last 65 years. Their children are Pamela (Robert) White of Eldridge, IA, and Ron, (Carmie) Nowachek of rural Wyoming. They have six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
