CEDAR RAPIDS - Emil and Evelyn Novak of Cedar Rapids will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a family dinner. The former Evelyn Sindt and Emil Novak were married December 12, 1959, at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Cedar Rapids, with Pastor John Woods presiding.

Emil and Evelyn have three children, Maurice (Elaine), Craig, and Sharon; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
