Allen and Rosemary (Harbaugh) Newton of Marion, IA were married in Garber, IA on June 1, 1974.

Their family includes daughters Stefanie (Kevin) Ruth and Holly (Chad) Kepros; grandchildren Markus (Aubrey) Newton, August (Corey) Hopson, Sydney Kepros, Nathan Ruth, and Natalee Ruth; and great-grandson Emmett Newton.
