Frank and Kathy (Carson) Neustel of rural Central City will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary. They were married September 26, 1970, at the First Christian Church in Center Point, IA. They have a daughter, Tracie (Matt) of Swisher; and two grandsons, Mason and Brodie.
