Mougin

OXFORD, IA - Frank and Vivian Mougin of Oxford will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a Mass celebration on September 26, 2009, beginning at 5 p.m. at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Cosgrove, IA.

Dinner will be served from 6 to 8 p.m., with a dance to follow at the Cosgrove Institute: 2009 400th Street SW, Cosgrove.

The former Vivian Meka and Frank Mougin were married September 22, 1959, at St.

Mary's Catholic Church in Iowa City, IA, with the Reverend William Meyer presiding.

Their children are Dee (Wayne) Simon of Riverside, IA; Pat (Brenda) Mougin of Oxford; Denny (Denise) Mougin and Bryan (Pam) Mougin of Tiffin, IA; and Tom (Kelli) Mougin of Davenport, IA. They have 11 grandchildren.
