The family of Monty and Karen Lumsden will be hosting an open house on Saturday, October 16, from 2:30 until 5:30 p.m. in celebration of their 50th wedding anniversary. All friends and family are invited to the Indian Creek Country Club, 2401 Indian Creek Road, Marion, IA.
Monty and Karen met on the dance floor at Buena Vista College during their freshman year and were married on August 21, 1960, at the Scranton (Iowa) Methodist Church.
