Lavern and Donna Hines celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on March 17, 2023. The couple were united in marriage at St. John’s United Church of Christ in Clarence, Iowa and currently attend Hope United Church of Christ in Hiawatha, Iowa. The couple have four children: Mitchell (Bich) Hines, Penny (Kenny) Kula, Julie (Rick) Ludovissy, and Pauline (Jerry) Herb, many grandchildren, and many more great-grandchildren. They love spending time with their growing family and enjoy watching Hawkeye sporting events.
