The family of Ellis and Mary Carol Lambertsen of Cedar Rapids, formerly Martelle, will host a 70th Anniversary open House on Sunday, July 5, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Lawrence Community Center, Anamosa. Good wishes are welcome, but no gifts, please. The couple was married July 15, 1945 at the Mt. Vernon Presbyterian Church. Their
children are David and
Douglas of Ft. Worth, TX, and Dan (Marilyn) of Martelle. Their grandchildren are David (Donna), Erik (Laura), Shaun
(Valerie), Tim (Betsy), Emily (Josh), Valerie (John), Kent (lngrid), and stepgrandchildren Sondra (T.J.), Faye and Evan. They have 18 great- and 5 stepgreat- grandchildren.
