Mel and Wilma Johnston of Packwood, IA will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on December 10, 2010.

Mel is a farmer, cattle feeder, and dealer for Titan West Livestock Equipment. Wilma recently retired from Iowa Department of Land & Agriculture Stewardship.

They have two daughters, Lisa (Eric) Dahlstrom of McKinney, TX and Carol (Pie) Reighard of Richland, IA; and five grandchildren. They will celebrate with a family trip to the Mexican Riviera.
