Joe and Lucille Schenkelberg Koenig will celebrate their 70th wedding

anniversary on August 7th. They were married August 7th, 1945 at St. Augustine's Catholic Church in Halbur, IA. Helping them celebrate will be their children Steve Koenig (wife Mary Ann) and Becky Picard (husband Denny Waldron), their grandchildren Jenny (Mike) Shirk, Jodi Koenig, Christian (Erica) Picard, Ryan (Jill) Picard, and their great-grandchildren, Joey and Katie Shirk, Lauren and Macy Picard, and Juliette Picard.
