Cedar Rapids - Sharon Carmody-Holmes and Bob Holmes of Cedar Rapids celebrated their 35th wedding anniversary on August 16, 2014, with a party at their home for family and friends. They were married on August 4, 1979, beside the Iowa River on the Danforth Chapel grounds of the University of Iowa.
