Duane and Betty Munson of Cedar Rapids will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary on July 31st, 2025. Duane is the son of Mearl and Alta Munson of Wellman and Betty is the daughter of Ralph and Opal Glider of Webster. The couple were married in the Methodist Church in Webster, Iowa, by Rev. Robert McNeil and Rev. Merlin Howe.
The couple are the parents of Barry Munson of Iowa Falls and Carla Hybel (Tom Gearhart) of Ames. Grandchildren are Amelia Estella Hybel and Nikolas Lars Hybel (deceased) of Ames.
