Happy 50th Anniversary Ron and Barbara Ritchie
Ron and Barbara (Hocken) Ritchie were married at St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Waterloo, IA on Aug. 11, 1968. Their children, Andrew Ritchie and Sarah Schmidt, are hosting an anniversary reception this afternoon from 5 to 9 p.m. at the Lowe Park Pavilion in Marion. The Ritchies are retired Linn-Mar teachers, and they are residents of Robins. Barbara is Director of Music and Organist at St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Marion. The couple celebrated earlier this year with a trip to Iceland and Ireland.
