Feldmann

HOPKINTON, IA­ - Arthur and Laura Feldmann of Hopkinton will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary with a 10:15 a.m. mass on Sunday, November 15, 2009, at St. Lukes Catholic Church in Hopkinton. A reception will be held at Worthington Memorial Hall in Worthington, IA following the service.

The former Laura Wilgenbusch and Arthur Feldmann exchanged vows on November 15, 1949, at St. Josephs Church in Farley, IA, with Father Donnelly presiding.

Hosts of the event are their nine children and spouses: Bill (Sue) Feldmann of Anamosa, IA, Ken (Carla) Feldmann of Tucson, AZ, Mary Jane (David) Goldsmith of Earlville, IA, Mike (Rose Mary) Feldmann of Hop kinton, IA, Steve (Jane) Feldmann of Cedar Rapids, Kathy (Dick) Offerman, Karen (Joe) Nefzger, both of Earlville, Barb (Rob) Weber of Farley, and Patti Feldmann of Cedar Rapids (her special friend, Doug Steger of Delhi, IA). They have 39 living grandchildren and one special angel in heaven; three step-grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 5 step-greatgrandchildren.
