70th Anniversary

The family of Don and MaryAnn (Stusak) Lorenzen are blessed to announce their commitment of 70 years together. With love at first sight (and that quiet little hello Don), it wasn't long before they were

united. It was an intimate ceremony

August 22, 1945 in Cedar Rapids, prior to Don's deployment in the U.S. Navy. They have three sons, Richard (Dawn), Donald Jr. (Diane) and Gary (Karen), thus

extending their legacy with five

grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren (all of whom adore them.)

An open house for the public will be on

August 8th from 1 - 3 to share in their memories at Gary's home, 1640 Zika

Avenue NW.

Immediately following, their family will

enjoy a special dinner and celebration.

Mom and Dad (Babi & Opa), thank you for showing us with love, compassion and

forgiveness, what the model has been in your marriage. We appreciate and love you beyond words.
