CEDAR RAPIDS - Harvey and Ellie Denlinger will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on Saturday, September 19, 2009, with an open house reception at St. Jude's Church in Cedar Rapids from 1 to 4 p.m. hosted by their children.
Harvey Denlinger and the former Eleanor Lyons were married at St. Peter's Church in Temple Hill, IA on September 19, 1959.
They are parents of seven children: David Denlinger, Mike (Vicky) Denlinger, Teri (deceased), Kelly (Jeff) Allard, Dan (Janet) Denlinger, Jamie (deceased), and Matt (Nicole) Denlinger. They have 13 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
