They are the parents of Stephen (Rhonda) of
Atkins, IA and Julie of Cedar Rapids. They have four grandchildren, Owen and Megan of Atkins, Shaun of Atkins and Christian of Ankeny, IA. They have one great-granddaughter, Karlie of Atkins.
The couple still resides on the farm at
7352 32nd Ave., Atkins, IA 52206, where they have lived for 59 of those 60 years.
