Jim and Sandy (Fell) Bucher of Iowa City were married June 5, 1965, at the First Methodist Church in Indianola, IA.
They met as students at the University of Northern Iowa. Jim was a soda jerk at the University Commons and Sandy fell in love with his enormous hot fudge sundaes!
They have two children, Deirdre Heistad (fiance Jeff Funderburk) of Cedar Falls, John Bucher (wife Christine Erickson) of Brooklyn, NY and two grandchildren, Margaret Rose (Greta) Heistad and Isaac Heistad of Cedar Falls.
Jim and Sandy share many wonderful lifetime memories, experiences and adventures, and hope to share many more. Best Friends Forever!
